about THE ISLE AREA PICKLEBALL ASSOCIATION

The Isle Area Pickleball Association (IAPA) is a group of approximately 200 enthusiastic players who play year-round. Our group ranges in age from 15 to 87, and has nearly doubled in size since last year! We hope you’ll join us for some fun on the courts.

Our Mission & Vision

At IAPA, our mission is to further strengthen our community by utilizing pickleball as a source for recreation, entertainment, and social networking.

Our vision is to make Isle a destination location for recreational and competitive players to gather and enjoy friendly competition.

Our Values

Three main values drive our association:

  • To provide opportunity for players of all skill levels to enjoy pickleball in a friendly, non-threatening environment.
  • To promote player development using a combination of casual mentoring and structured instruction.
  • To be deliberate in our efforts to invite participation from beginners and especially our “next generation” of players.

Why Become An IAPA Member?

Your membership helps develop and sustain IAPA. We have a growing wish list of both short and long term needs.

In the near term, monies raised will go towards nets, court resurfacing, website expenses, and tournament seed money.

Longer term we are planning the construction of a dedicated pickleball complex. These dues are in addition to the IREC daily use fees (which go exclusively to the school).

See the Member Page for more information.
