Temperature extremes can take a toll on pickle people. Some suggestions to reduce your melt-down include:
* Start and finish a little earlier in the day. Or play towards evening.
* Liberally apply sunscreen.
* Bring a wet towel and drink plenty of fluids.
* Sit out a game or two instead of playing back-to-back.
* Play indoor at IREC if the outdoor heat is too intense.
* Limit your play to an hour or so.
* Find shade between games.
