Play Times & Schedule

Our group uses Playtime Scheduler to post most of our play dates. Load the scheduler app and select Isle as the location. Play dates will appear. We have been limiting indoor sessions to 20 players because we only have three courts. Additional sessions are scheduled as needed.

Spring has sprung! We are now playing outdoors, and have access to six outdoor courts at Isle High School, six outdoor courts at Izaty’s Resort, and the three indoor courts at IREC. Most days will focus on the high school and IREC courts.

About IAPA

The Isle Area Pickleball Association is a group of approximately 100 enthusiastic players who play year round. Our vision is to make Isle a destination location for recreational and competitive players to gather and enjoy friendly competition. Click the ‘Learn More’ button to learn more about us.

Where do we play?

During the summer months we play outside at the Isle High School located at 610 Mille Lacs Avenue, Isle, MN.

It’s easy to find and we have open play Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays starting at 9 AM.

When it rains or snows, we play inside at the IREC located at 730 5th Ave. S, Isle, MN.  Please bring appropriate indoor court shoes with you as we just refinished the floors in August.

The Isle Area Pickleball Association

The Isle Area Pickleball Association is a non-profit 501 C 3 group that works to further strengthen our community by utilizing pickleball as a source for life long recreation, entertainment, and social networking. Our goal is to provide opportunity for players of all skill levels to enjoy pickleball in a friendly, non-threatening environment. We promote player development using a combination of casual mentoring and structured instruction. Our goal is to be deliberate in our efforts to invite participation from beginners and especially our “next generation” of players.

Join Our Growing Pickleball Family

The Isle Area Pickleball Association has about 100 enthusiastic players locally, ranging in age from 15 to 85. Our group size has nearly doubled in the last year. We play 4 to 5 days a week using the indoor and outdoor facilities at Isle Schools. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America, with a 35% growth rate in 2021. Our Association is committed to ensure local players have full access to participate.

Joe Hipp

Joe is the Facilities Manager for the Isle School District. He has worked tirelessly (on and off the clock) to ensure our access to both indoor and outdoor facilities.
